Barcelona could be willing to sell French
winger Ousmane Dembele this summer if the
club receive an offer of €120M for the youngster.
This is according to Diario Gol, who note
that PSG manager Thomas Tuchel is a big fan
of the former Borussia Dortmund wide-man.
Sport are stating that the French giants are
interested in bringing the 21-year-old to
the French capital this summer, meaning that
these two factors may very well combine to
see them make a move for the winger.
Barcelona losing Dembele would be bad news
for Ernesto Valverde’s side, as the Frenchman
has shown during his career so far that he
has the potential to be one of the best in
the world one day.
The former Dortmund ace had a hit-and-miss
first year at the Nou Camp, as despite impressing
towards the end of the season, Dembele still
struggled with injuries for the most part.
Dembele proved during his time with Bundesliga
outfit Dortmund that is a very, very talented
In 50 games for the German giants, the winger
managed to score 10 and assist 22, meaning
that he directly contributed to more than
a goal every other game.
If Barca manage to get Dembele to form an
attack with Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi this
year, it could be the deciding factor in the
club claiming their first Champions League
title since 2015.
However, this may not be the case should they
end up letting the player go for €120M,
a fee that a fair few of the world’s top
clubs are more than capable of paying.
