My friend just told me they were sitting on their back porch in Myrtle Beach and it was windy with a drizzling rain, that was about 715..i live by Salisbury md, in southern delaware, so we will see rain I'm sure, we usually get rain from these hurricanes..lots of flooding if it's bad..prayers for all..
