  1. I fully support our Law Enforcement. People mistake these individuals for some sort of superhuman that can do no wrong, have no fear and can predict every outcome of any situation. But, this lady deserves far more than 10 years. Gentleman was just sitting in his room, watching TV and eating ice cream and psycho chick goes into his apartment and shoots him. There is no excuse for what she did.

  2. I was a pizza driver for 4 years through college. I ended up at the wrong door many many times, both on the job and at my dorm. The interactions ended the same every time, we both laughed.

  3. Youre not seeing the entire picture.. Yes she was convicted and rightfully so.. but the legal conviction is just a "pacifier" they put in the public and media mouth to make it look like justice was done.. She got 10 years.. right ? No.. she will be quietly released in 2 to 3 for good behavior and Botham still died for nothing without proper justice .. Watch over time youll see. HIgh profile artificial justice is what youve witnessed

  4. I STILL don't understand how she got confused her OWN apartment. Was she drunk? Was she on drugs? She better be sentenced to life without any possibility of parole. Only 10 years???? for killing an innocent man in his OWN home?? Wow! What has world become??? Where is justice?

  5. These cops have PTSD. That issue needs to be addressed & mental help needs to be provided so incidents like this STOP happening.

  6. White privilege got her just 10 years and she will be pardoned much before that.

Black guy would be getting death sentence.

  7. It's a shame that not one headline includes Jeans name. Amber Amber Amber. I hope Karma is waiting behind those concrete walls.

  8. Why did it take 5 hours for judge to make the final decision smh it should have been within atleast the first hour 🤦🏻‍♀️

  9. She'll be out writing a book and on 20/20 in 4 years. She's white, a young attractive lady. This wasn't justice in the slightest.🤔

  10. Sorry but how do you get confused going to the wrong apartment when you have lived there for a while? If this was a regular civilian, he/she would of gotten way more time.

  11. shame on family, judge and jury….i think family took $. hugging the murdered after they only got 10 yr….and judge hugs murderer……?

  12. If you "accidentally" walk into someone's home bc you thought it was your home, and they're just sitting there…what prompts shooting the dude

  13. No one is also taking in to the fact she took it to trial! Your suppose to get longer when you go trial and lose!!! had she pleaded guilty to murder straight away what would they have given her 3years? System a joke she should be rotting!

  14. She should be shot by a firing squad filmed in 1080p and sold to a worldwide audience. No one will miss her. She is pure scum and the world will be a better place, when she is 10 feet under.

  15. It’s more heinous because he was an unarmed black man in his apartment?? I thought it would be heinous if it was any unarmed man… would it be less heinous if it was an unarmed woman?

  16. This woman didnt even try to help Jean she let him bleed to death that woman has a cold heart it was. All about she deserves a longer sentence once again no justice for Black people

  17. Ok lets say those texts and memes she had didn’t exist cuz that pretty much destroyed whatever her image was. And let’s say this was truly 100% an accident, if she was a decent human being her remorse would drive her to take whatever punishment given if she had real sympathy for the victim and the family. I know at least that’s what I would do. I don’t think I could live with myself knowing I killed an innocent human being like that. Honestly I’d let the family choose my punishment if I was in her shoes cuz I would deserve it. It’d be worth giving that family some sort of peace. That would show true remorse and it wouldn’t completely make up for what she did cuz a life was still lost but it somewhat would.

  18. If we walked in thinking it was our apartmemt & shot a cop . We would have life . Why does a cop get let off so easy , 10yrs thats it . She'll only be 41

  19. good ! make an example out of her, that will send a clear message to all cops, making them understand that they're not above the law and need to be held accountable for their actions and need to rethink their police training, way too many times it's been 'shoot first and asks questions later' because their pathetic excuse of 'feeling threatened' by the most innocuous things in their victim's hands and the wall of silence when bad officers are exercising their 'powertrip' on innocent civilians or even fire an honest cop who defused a hairy situation without any casualties on both sides but still gets fired anyway because his chief of police told his officers to 'shoot first and ask questions later', because it's less paperwork for the boss to handle.

  20. I think she was in love with him, he ended things with her and she was mad ! Their relationship ( if there was one ) was on the down low, she didnt want things to end !!!!

  21. I may be wrong I think she and the neighbor had an affair a one night stand she wanted more he didnt, so she shot him she knew where he lived the door was open BANG !!!!

  22. Note: Women rarely get life in prison for murder, Is usually man slaughtered. Even the FBI believes that most unsolved murders are done by women, because no one believes they are capable. They will appeal this and she will win people! She will be out in 2-3 years!

  23. She f'd up big time but there's no way she meant to murder an innocent guy…Should have been man slaughter… period !
Can't stand prosecutors, this is the same thing they do to everybody. Try and hang you for every charge put against you. Always trying to get the maximum penalty because they are never wrong.

Been doing it to the black community since day one and now it's her turn.

  24. “She was distracted, texting with some boyfriend” No ma’am she was busy SEXTING with someone’s HUSBAND

  25. She deserves nothing less than the death penalty but life in prison without the possibility of parole should be adequate.

  26. She most definitely wouldn't have shot that man if he was white and I'm white, and instead of pacing around texting her BF, she should have at least given him CPR. Mr. Jean was a wonderful man, a CPA, who had a lot to offer society and she took his life in an instant. She didn't have to shoot the poor guy. Jeez I feel so bad for his family. She's a straight up racist.

  27. The judge played herself.she forgot if the fuc the other side day ever happened the white man going treat her with no special pass.

  28. I just have one question only. Just one…. If she would have walked in a white man's apartment, would she have done the same??

  29. If you watched the case or know it then you know she lied and she planned the murder, pretending she was in her apartment. Why she wanted him dead only she knows but she planned it. Basically if this was in the UK she would be found guilty for murder and she planned it, the reasons is she was irratated by his constant singing and noise keeping her from sleeping also she was having an affair with a married man and the down stairs neighbour Bo knew this, so she made up this excuse that she thought it was her apartment. she should be doing 25 to life and this is a HUGE mistake for this court. The case will be reopened at a later date before her parole. she was also tired of her job and this was a means to an end.

  30. I'd like to learn if neuroweapons were involved and the officer didn't have control of her mind. Seems like this evaluation is ignored for civilians and officers alike. We will never been free until non kinetic weapons don't exist. The invisible ammunition used in the invisible battlespace will run our lives.

  31. He should have not kept the door opened in the first place. And you know, black people tend to suddenly shoot at police officers. THEY are aggresive by natural. She was scared and shot him first.

  32. “This is a prime example to the world of how God works in
mysterious ways. Botham Jean's brother Bryant is a True Christian who publicly
forgave Amber Guyger, (while his family was outside the courtroom publicly
protesting that 10 years in prison was not enough punishment). Bryant Jean told
Amber to give her life to Christ, that he wished her no jail time, said he
believes his brother Botham forgave her because of the man he was. Bryant said
he loved her then hugged her. He has set an example for all of his family
members and the world that they must act like True Christians as well to
release their pain and experience peace. Jesus trusted Bryant Jean to come
through as a True Christian when he sat him on the stand, and Bryant trusted
Jesus with his pain who resonated it throughout the world. Jesus is always the
    answer.Nancy Reil Riojas, October 4, 2019.”

  33. I say she was drunk when she shot him…ain't no way you mistake your place with someone else's place. She was drunk or had been drinking……point blank and she killed an unarmed man….IN HIS HOME

  34. AND I did NOT here them ask her if she was intoxicated or on drugs had it been a black person they would be asking that question and giving her drug text smh hope this world burns

  35. Am so glad to see that a white cop get arrested and sent to jail for murdering a black man because too many of them have gotten away with it

  36. If you’re guilty of murder 10 years sentence? Find one murder case that committed by a black person and see if anyone of them got 10 years sentenced or more ? Not even one video shows her apartment inside look they just talked about only the outside door carpet like she shot him outside his house. SMH

  37. HER EGO IS AT FAULT EGO,S CLAIM NEIGHBORING COUNCHESSNESS .THOU SHALL NOT STEAL FROM THY NEIGHBOR FOR THY NEIGHBOR IS A DIFFRENT FREQUIENCY OF COUNCHESSNESS HER EGO CLAIMED THY NEIGHBORS ENERGY THATS WHY SHE WENT TO THE WRONG APARTMENT FIGHT TO THE DEATH WITH STUPID EGO . HER EGO IS GUILTY OF INVASION OF PRIVETCY GUILTY OF BEING STUPID.

  38. Why do people make this about race? this has NOTHING to do with race and everything to do with a cop who shot a man in his own house because she didn't handle the situation properly and she should get punished severely for that. 10 years isn't enough. Eliminate the color in the equation… The judge was biased and they should look into this poor decision.

  39. I’m so sick of race in everything you people ! I’m black and so sick of hearing “an unarmed black man” “black victim” stfu! He was just an unarmed man that was innocent and killed, that’s all that should matter!

  40. How did you not know it wasn't your home..your body scent is all over your home, and your decorations..how did u. Not recognize your own interior, I'm a x lawman my main objective is to OBSERVE, And Recognize , and notation quicky…She obviously like this guy and he ignored him, and felt rejected , and came back caught him off guard , and murdered him..Well Remembering blk wall street that happen, and the whole town was burn down..( Tulsa Oaklahoma.)..God bless your family..Dallas police are extremly racist, and the Hu- man ( blk ) ofc. Are no better …if your conscious minded dont move there..they have a overwhelming
    Slave mentality there..( truth.)😉
