 Meghan Markle, 37, is making the most of her free time before she becomes a mum in the spring, and invited her close friend Daniel Martin over for brunch at Kensington Palace this weekend The Duchess of Sussex whipped up avocado on toast for her best friend, serving the brunch on silver platters alongside a pot of tea Meghan also had a bowl of chocolate truffles on the table. The truffles on display were in fact the Sandringham Coffee truffles from Fortnum and Mason, which are £13 95 for a 130g box from the exclusive department store. Daniel is a makeup artist and Dior brand ambassador who did Meghan’s makeup for her wedding to Prince Harry, 34, in May last year  Sharing a photo of the very royal brunch on Instagram, Daniel said their reunion was “back to our Tig days”  The Tig was the former Suits actress’ lifestyle blog which she regularly posted on before becoming a member of the Royal Family  Daniel wrote alongside the photo shared with his 113k Instagram followers: “Back to our Tig days  “Thank you Meghan for being the consummate hostess this weekend and still being the #avocadotoast whisperer, YUM! #foodie#foodiegram ” The post was soon flooded with comments from excited fans who were thrilled to gain an insight into the Duchess’ life  “Looks so cosy and delicious!” one person replied, as another said: “Very healthy!” Meanwhile, many were impressed with how ordinary the friends’ brunch was  One person wrote: “Love this so down to earth and charming. What a lovely way to spend time with a friend I need to find those truffles!” “Aw, I hope you both had such a lovely time together! Meghan seems like such a sweetheart!” replied another  Many fans also asked Daniel to pass on their well-wishes to the pregnant Duchess, who closed her Instagram account after she got engaged to Prince Harry in November 2018  Meghan reportedly had a secret Instagram account of her own, but closed it after reading comments about her  A source told The Sun this weekend: “Since she shut down her pubic Instagram, she’d had a fake account to follow her friends  “There was some really vile stuff written by social media trolls and obviously she also saw the headlines about her  “It really got to her and in the end she had to shut down that account just before Christmas to protect her mental health She felt very isolated and alone.” Before meeting Prince Harry, Meghan had accounts on Twitter and Instagram as well as a lifestyle blog known as The Tig   Last January, following the announcement of her engagement to Harry, Meghan closed her social media accounts and deleted the blog
